Linda Fenske

Linda is the wife of Stephen Fenske, Vice President and Program Director of ARROW-HEART, and they live in Weiser, Idaho where they have resided for 35 years. She is a proud mother of 3 amazing grown children and blessed with 5 wonderful grandchildren. She managed an in-home Day Care Service for 15 years, so she could stay home to raise their children, which was very important to her. The many children she cared for have become their extended family.

Throughout the years, Linda and her husband, Stephen had the pleasure of being Host parents to 3 foreign exchange students at different times from France, Russia and Sweden. They were all incredible and very culturally enriching experiences for their family.

Linda is an independent contractor for “CelebratingHOME” home décor and gift company (formerly “Home Interiors & Gifts Inc.”). As a Decorator/Designer and Team Leader with the company, she has 32 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Leadership and Training skills, Team Building and Fundraising. She has become a more confidant, self-assured and better person through this incredible opportunity. Linda’s passion is working with and helping people achieve success.

Linda is also employed by the Weiser School District through a 5 year grant for the “BEST” Program (Better Educated Students for Tomorrow). She is starting her 4th year with the Program and is the Site Coordinator for the Weiser Police Department’s After School Program. She works part time during the school year and full time during the summer. Her responsibilities are that of selecting and organizing activities and events, planning and scheduling the calendar of activities, teaching and mentoring children from ages 7 to 14. Working with children gives Linda a sense of joy, purpose and fulfillment in hopes of helping to make a positive difference in their lives!

Linda is an active member of the local Laureate Phi Chapter of “Beta Sigma Phi International” Sorority which is a Non-Profit Social, Cultural and Service- minded Organization. In the past 33 years, she has held all offices on the Executive Board and chaired most Committees. She is also an active member of the “Catholic Women’s League”in her local community and has helped ARROW-HEART with local Fundraising efforts for the past two years. She thoroughly enjoys volunteering her time and talents to help her community. Linda truly believes in the Purpose and Mission of ARROW-HEART Adventure Camps and is dedicated and excited to continue serving as a volunteer for this incredible Program!
