Stephen F. Fenske

Stephen FenskeStephen is a retired Army Major with 26 years of military command and leadership experience having served during the Vietnam War and Desert Storm War.  A graduate of Eastern State Oregon College, Stephen holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science with an emphasis in the field of Drug and Alcohol Prevention. He spent 10 years as a licensed drug and alcohol counselor and was a licensed DUI Evaluator for the State of Idaho, since 2003. Stephen recently retired from the City of Weiser Police Department after almost seven years of service. He was assigned to the Weiser School District as a School Resource Officer during his last four years. In addition to his duties, Stephen also was the Coordinator for the Weiser Police Department After School Program, which provides a safe and stable environment for the children of the community. Came out of retirement in 2015 to return to work with the Weiser Police Department as their records officer and Coordinator of the After School Program. Stephen has resided in the Weiser area with his family for more than 30 years. He has dedicated his life to the protection and preservation of youth within the community. Stephen’s tireless pursuit to make a positive difference in the lives of young people has endeared him to take on the role of CEO and continue the ARROW-HEART mission,
